Ella Masters is a Freelance illustrator from London now residing in the North west of England. She set up the Positive Postcard club just before lockdown struck the UK, using left over postcards from her #ella365project Ella set out to offer affordable positive art to connect people to their loved one during the pandemic.
The Positive postcard club hit its 26,000 postcard order in October 2020 putting the shop in shopify top 9% of new stores open in 2020 a feat Ella never imagined reaching.
In October 2020 the positive postcard club was expanded into the positive Post company, to encompass all positive illustrated goods. But still holding onto the core ethos of the positive postcard club, of connecting people through beautifully illustrated paper goods.
Hand written notes of love and hope that celebrate the everyday.
We are developing the business to expand into far more paper goods, inks and calligraphy sets. Working with homemade inks to write all the notes on the back of postcards.

About Ella's #ella365project
and after the tragic loss of her 24 year old brother to suicide in March 2018 Ella decided to embark on a body of work to help her heal and process the grief and giant hole that the loss of her youngest brother left in her life. The #ella365project was create where Ella would use her training as an art therapist to cope with her grief and from this Ella raised thousands of pounds for the CALM Zone a suicide prevention charity.
With the remaining #ella365project postcards Ella set up Positive Postcard Club a way for people to stay in touch with their loved ones. This idea was spurred on by the pandemic of Corona virus and for £2 anyone in the uk can send a loved one a postcard with a hand written note stamped and sent without them having to leave the house as Ella does it all for you.
Ella has worked with clients like, Giorgio Armani, Cath Kidston, Coca cola, Twitter, The women's World Cup as well has winning the Mollie makes product of the year award for there #ella365project postcard and vases.
